Switching horses

Based on unexpected weakness in Gold I got stopped out of GDX with a minor loss. Also based on the moving average chart I switched horses in the middle of the stream and place a bet on GLL which is a short of the price of Gold. In plain English I placed a bet the price of Gold would go down. The GLL chart is posted below.
