The Dog Didn't Bark

Sherlock Holmes, in one of his tales, solved a crime based on the fact the dog didn't bark. This week the dog didn't bark. Nothing happened. I'm guessing the combination of an upcoming holiday and uncertainty about Syria put everyone in a holding mode. None of the charts moved one way or the other. All charts of the model portfolio are still above the moving average line and the asset value of the chart went down $257.00 which is virtually nothing. My views have not changed. I think we have a correction sometime in the next 60 degrees but not a collapse. I think we make one more run up to test the all time highs and then it's down, down, down after that. Whether this occurs in 2014 or 2015 is still a guess but it will be in one of those two years. Portfolio below.
